Project Description

The proposed residential project at the northeast corner of Loop 288 and Holland Lane seeks to develop 14 acres. The sections of property north and southwest of Providence Dr. are being rezoned to Mixed-Use Neighborhood (MN), and currently retail and office space is planned for the north side of the property, and retail for the southwest section. A section to the southeast of Providence Dr. is being re-zoned to Residential District 7 (R7). There will be eleven single-family, attached (four-plex) lots with a total of forty-four units, and one common area lot for open space.
